How this doctor can help:

If you experience pelvic pain, painful periods, or infertility, there’s a chance you might be suffering from endometriosis. This benign, estrogen-dependent gynecological condition affects 5 to 10 percent of women in the general population. Dr. Aničić specializes in laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis, which is considered the gold standard for diagnosing and treating this condition. These minimally invasive surgeries allow for a quicker recovery and less post-operative pain, significantly enhancing the patients’ quality of life. By utilizing the latest techniques and equipment, Dr. Aničić can accurately locate and remove endometriotic lesions, reducing the risk of recurrence and increasing the chances of pregnancy for patients struggling with infertility due to endometriosis.

Professional philosophy and approach to patient care:

“Endometriosis can be a challenge to diagnose and treat, but with advancements in medical technology, especially in the field of laparoscopic surgery, we have greater opportunities for successfully managing this condition. My treatment approach focuses on minimizing symptoms and enhancing fertility, with deep understanding and empathy for each patient. Together, we work towards achieving her goals, whether it’s alleviating pain or fulfilling the desire for pregnancy.”
